This is a blend of Arabica Coffees that yield a dark, rich, sweet-smokey brew. Due to the darkness of the roast hints of chocolate and caramel are apparent in its flavor. The beans glisten with the classic oil coating you would expect from a freshly roasted dark roast! This is a blend we created to emulate the dark roast coffees located on the west coast. We aren't going to name which coffee houses we tried to emulate, but this is a blend our wholesale customers use to compete against them. Many of our customers call this blend their "Pacific Blend".
