This is part of our non-disclosure blend series. We would love to educate you on this blend but we do a lot of private labeling for markets, cafes, and restaurants and we promise we won't tell. You are going to have to trust us that it is good. This is a dark roast blend that we created for making on an open stove in an abrik. We developed this blend with the owners of a Middle Eastern restaurant. If you choose fine grind we will grind this blend with a superfine grind appropriate to this style of coffee.
