Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Select “Store Pickup” at checkout and choose your preferred day and time. Bring your order-confirmation email or order number when you arrive.

- Orders ship within 24-48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
- Transit time is 1 – 7 business days, depending on distance.
- We ship only within the United States.
- Oversize or overweight items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include your order number. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless we made an error.
How to Start a Return
Email orders@goodasgold.com or call 800-322-0439 with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Damages & Order Issues
Inspect your package upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened coffee or other food products
- Products altered from original form (e.g., custom grinds, roast-to-order)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards, sale/clearance items, custom or special orders
Taste Preference: Flavor is subjective. While we describe each coffee accurately, we can’t guarantee you’ll love every roast and can’t refund based on taste alone.
Exchanges
Need something else? Place a new order and process the eligible item as a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the credit.
