Bialetti Cold Brew Coffee Maker
Cold brew coffee is coffee whose grounds have been steeped in room temperature or cold water for an extended period of time. In order to get a smooth and rich tasting coffee concentrate, it is recommended that you use a medium roast and let brew for 18-24 hours. The coffee grounds are never exposed to heat, thus creating a bold yet smooth tasting cup of coffee.
Why Cold Brew?
Use coarse ground coffee beans. Using a fine grind may cause more sediment and alter the taste of concentrate.
After the brewing process is complete make sure to store the coffee concentrate in the fridge. Concentrate will remain fresh for up to 14 days.
Dilute concentrate with a 1 to 3 ratio using water of milk. We suggest 2 fl. oz. of concentrate to 6 fl. oz. of water. Adjust the ratio to find your preferred taste.
