These Colombian coffee beans are grown in the Santa María region of Colombia, the Fundación Indígena Seynekun is nestled in mountains and surrounded by nationally protected forests. Since its formation in 2006, the foundation has evolved to now include membership for all coffee growers — indigenous or not — and changed its objectives to incorporate the promotion of coffee growing as a method of
empowerment and commercial justice.
Given the Caribbean Sea’s soft breeze, the soil conditions, the weather, and the altitude at which the coffee is grown, the cup takes on a light nutty taste and a great character. Furthermore, the coffee is beneficial to consumer health since it does not require agrochemicals.d to enter.
