Our 17/18 screen unroasted Colombian Supremo beans are sourced from the Medellin, Huila and Bucaramanga regions. Colombian coffee is one of the most versatile coffees that you will work with. It's rich body, and balanced attributes make this coffee an amazing single origin coffee, a blend for drip coffee, or even in an espresso blend. This Colombian Supremo coffee doesn't have the very strong bright acidity to hold up in a light roast but will do very well from a light/medium roast all the way up to your darkest italian roasts.

Colombian Supremo is one of the most versatile green coffee beans out there. It can take a light to medium roast, a good medium roast and also a decent dark roast. One of my favorite beans out there because you can roast it just about for any occasion and it taste great.
Roasted these at a 10 minute crash time, 15 seconds after first crack. They’re very very good. May try to speed up the process to preserve more floral notes: otherwise an hour excellent quality at an even better price.
Wish I could describe the roasted aroma coming from my roaster. I like it when the beans are smoking and the oil is oozing out.
It’s like coffee heaven
I have not started using the this batch of Supremo
Exact what I expected and the best Columbian coffee you can get at very reasonably priced. I just ordered 25lb from them.
