Ethiopian
Our Ethiopian coffee is a regional blend of high grade Ethiopian coffee beans. What makes this coffee truly shine is the winey and sweet flavor that is characteristic in coffees from Ethiopia. This coffee is roasted to light / medium roast. It has a smooth body and bright sweet acidity.
Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.

Love the African coffees, especially the Ethiopian. Delicious. Your packaging is gorgeous. Very happy that I found Good As Gold, my go to for great coffees. Also ordered the espresso but haven’t tried it yet.
I agree with the other reviewer that this one tastes closer to a medium roast than light. It has some hints of Ethiopian profile but not much. Smooth, however, lacks memorable characteristics and feels a bit boring. I usually love Ethiopian so I was slightly disappointed. Going to try the air roasted version next time.
I like this bean but it's neither my top few Good as Gold beans nor my top few Ethiopian. It lacks the fruity notes of an even lighter roast and winds up being a bit bland. It's not BAD, but there are better choices from this roaster.
Best tasting Ethiopian coffee I've had in a long time. No bitterness and I crave mornings just to get a cup
The folks at Good As Gold evenly roast their coffees through out the entire batch. I purchased two coffees as far apart on the map as possible, Costa Rica & Ethopia. I was impressed. Good representations of each region. The Ethopian has a fruity aroma, tastes slightly sweet, has a light body with no bitterness, an excellent value for the $$$.
