Notes of caramel, dark chocolate, green apple, bright acidity and a sweet finish.

Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.

Needs to be darker Roast. Good Flavor.
This is a lovely brew which hits all the right nutty/earthy notes for me. I brew it 18:1 ratio with 94C water in a clever dripper. Over extract and you'll quickly find a bit of a bite up front but it's not overdone. Works great with dairy & the sweetener of your choice.
