Preparation

Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.

One of my favorites

The Peru Dark Roast is my everyday coffee I enjoy the mixture of flavors and the versatility in the variety of different coffee bruring methods I use daily. I consider this a medium dark and just a bit darker would make it fit my personal palete a 5 star.
