Finca La Santa, nestled in the verdant highlands of Boquete, Panama, is a washed-process coffee cultivated between 1,200 and 1,500 meters in rich volcanic soil; a near-perfect terroir for producing premium coffee. Grown from classic Arabica varieties such as Caturra, Catuai, and Typica, it reflects the very essence of Panama’s renowned specialty coffee scene.
The cup opens with a gentle chamomile-like floral aroma. On the palate, smooth layers of vanilla, brown sugar, and milk chocolate intertwine with a subtle stone-fruit sweetness. A creamy medium body is complemented by a light and balanced acidity.
Versatile and approachable, Panama Finca La Santa shines as both a drip brew and a rich espresso. Its roast profile adapts beautifully across the spectrum, from light/medium roasts that highlight fruit and florals, to darker roasts that bring out chocolate and caramelized sugar.

We generally get organic coffee. This coffee may not be organic labeled but I don't have signs of irritation. We went through 5 pounds, we tasted ourselves, and have enjoyed every cup! I do hope we're helping the people who grow and process by purchasing through Good as Gold.
Very citrus taste, love it.
