Our Sumatra Coffee is bold in flavor and mouth-feel but low in acidity (easy on the stomach). We find this coffee to be on the earthy side with a syrupy flavor and a unique spicy aroma.
Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
Overall a good cup of coffee. Price point is good, not sure about air roasting. Seemed bitter. Also needed to use more coffee to get the strength I wanted

It tastes good. It takes time to figure out tge right amoun of beans to grind. The beans look lije good quality. No noticeable broken beans and consistent dark colar, unlike sone other beans i have bought.

Gorgeous, uniform roast - dark as dirt, but smooth - wonderful nose with hints of leather - savors of very dark chocolate and European espresso - acid undertones, but top note is arabica smoothness.
