Tanzania Peaberry is one of our most popular offerings. This coffee has a smooth and buttery body with a very pleasant and appealing sweet acidity. This coffee has characteristics of lemongrass and plum with a sweet caramel finish. We like to roast this coffee Medium Light to Medium. However, feel free to take this coffee a little past medium and you still will have a very good coffee with a little more prevalence of cocoa.
