Our Tanzania Peaberry coffee is grown on the hillsides of Mt. Kilamanjaro. This coffee has buttery body with a sweet delicate finish. Lemongrass and plum highlight this complex cup of coffee. This has become one of our most popular coffees.
Peaberry coffee are smaller rounder coffee beans. This is due to having only 1 bean in a coffee cherry versus two beans.
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
