A blend of high grown 100% Arabica coffees roasted to a Medium/Dark roast. This coffee has a strong and bold taste, yet it keeps a very nice smooth finish. This coffee is a very popular blend of ours. It is perfect for our customers that enjoy a bold coffee but do not like the smokey and hints of bitter dark chocolate that you would find in a true dark roast. This is a great after dinner coffee.
Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
